Q. What is your general turnaround time on jobs?
A. Generally, with all printed work, 7 - 10 working days from receipt of order & artwork.
A. Please advise us if your job is urgent so we can work together to meet your deadline.
Q. Can you produce any size or shape of sticker?
A. We have a huge inventory of dies in varying sizes and shapes for both adhesive labels and
A. swing tickets / tags.
Q. Can you supply labels on rolls for machine application?
A. Yes, we supply labels on rolls, sheets or as singles. Please refer to our Rolling Direction chart below.

Q. Do you deliver jobs?
A. We deliver jobs either by post or courier for a small additional cost or jobs can be collected at our premises.
Q. What type of payment do you accept and do you require a deposit?
A. We accept Bank Transfer, Cash, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. (Please note a small
A. merchant service fee does apply on American Express). A 50% deposit is required with initial order
A. and after that we offer COD. A 30 day account is available upon application for monthly accounts of
A. over $1000.00.
